As you may have seen there hasn’t been much updates recently on this site. The reason is that I’ve had my hands filled with duties that cannot wait.

• Finally done with the damn dentist for now.
• Bought an Ipad2 recently.
• New plugin under development.
• Got my developer account approved at KvR Audio.
• Got a forum at KvR Audio.
• Plugins in queue for approval at doDownloads.com
• Some plugins added to the KvR repository.
• Helped a friend with a few gigs around Stockholm.

That’s about the changes.

The most of the interface is done, the synth has been arranged properly, and I took her for a testride this morning. The sound is pretty nice although a bit glitched. It clips and the filters doesn’t sound that good yet.

Usually I max out the specs to see how well my computer handles the extra hardship, but it handled it pretty well. I’ve set her to 80 voices polyphony. And I will perform a soundtest with all 80 voices playing at the same time to see how the CPU reacts. This has to wait until Sunday since I’ve got a birthday party to prepare and attend to.

Mom got here with a load of plastic plates, glasses, and a few boxes of red wine. As said I spent over 500 SEK on this party already, and it looks like I have to fork out some more cash before it’s all over. I hope my accountant can shove some extra jack over to my account so I don’t run out of lolly this close to the party.

Was able to knock loose a local for my birthday party on Saturday. When you turn 40 then you need to give everything you got to make the best party there ever was, so I spent the better part of an hour shopping away in the local grocery store. Costed 430 SEK and rendered 4 heavily overweighted plastic bags with all sorts of nightmares for the dentists, lots of sugar shock for the kids, and yet another reason to start to exercise them kilo’s. But seriously though. I couldn’t care less since I’ve earned the proper right to turn 40 anyways. Haters will hate…

In the meantime my new bass VST groans under my relentless regime. It’ll be an analog beast. That much is clear. And quite a nifty arrangement for maximum flexibility’s sake.

I decided to get going on a new bass synth. Dunno if it’ll be a one trick pony, or if it’ll be a multi trick pony. I dunno if it can play one ping or many pings. That’s enough info for now.

Regarding Klumpeduns. I’ve taken a few days of from designing the presets due to it generates quite extensive headaches when listening to Klumpeduns. Will try to come up with a new update once I nailed the randomizer bug once and for all. I don’t know how long my break is since I’m really deep inside planning my 40th birthday party to take place in less than a week, but give me 2 weeks, and I’m sure I’ll be back to business. I also need to update my KvR profile to this new blog since it’s more for JoBro Media as you can see.
